Previously, he was the Chief Algorithms Officer at Stitch Fix, where his team used statistics, machine learning and human-in-the-loop algorithms to optimize the overall client experiences, management of inventory, and the selection of items for clients. Brad received his PhD in Statistics from Stanford University and worked as a data scientist in technology and financial services.
